Committee thirty (30) working days after the Committee receives this request, the Design Committee Chair/Member shall
inspect the improvements or work in order to determine whether or not there has been substantial compliance with the approved
plans and specifications.
If the Committee finds that there has not been substantial compliance with the plans and specifications, committee chair shall
notify modification applicant of such noncompliance and require applicant to remedy the same within sixty (60) working days
after such notice is given.
